Normally, we are here Monday through Friday 9am-5pm to help you with your purchases. We’re closed on holidays and weekends. Order fulfillment and customer service are provided during these hours only. However, UPS 2nd day air and overnight shipping will be fulfilled until 2:00 p.m. EST. If you purchase during nonbusiness hours, your order will be received and handled the following business day. Please have your order number available for faster service.

RETURN POLICY
We hope you enjoy your G&G Goods! To ensure your complete satisfaction, please inspect your order immediately upon receipt so that we may promptly address any issues or concerns. An Order Specialist may be reached during business hours Monday – Friday by calling 843-670-1176 or emailing info@ggmercantileco.com.

Store credit will be issued for any returned item processed within two weeks of purchase date. Perishable items, drop-ship, and other items as noted may not be eligible for return. Store credit is valid for up to one year from date issued. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and return shipping fees will apply. To submit a return request, visit log in with your username and password. Choose “Completed” and Select “Return Item(s)” to start the process. Once the request is received, an Order Specialist will respond within twenty-four hours to finalize your return.

NEED SATURDAY DELIVERY?
Please note that the standard expedited shipping through UPS does not include Saturday delivery. Placing an overnight order on Friday would mean Monday delivery. However, we can make special arrangements, it just requires an additional fee and that we set it up differently. Please contact call us at 843-670-1176 so that we may facilitate the details so you get it in time!
TROUBLE WITH PAYMENT OR CREDIT CARD DETAILS?

PLACING A LARGE ORDER?
Depending on the size or quantity of varying items in your cart, weight/measurements can occasionally confuse the automated shipping calculator. Please call us at 843-670-1176 if you’re having any issue and we’ll be able to process your order over the phone. DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAP?
Mercantile + Co does not offer boxes or gift wrapping services, but each order will arrive wrapped carefully and beautifully in our Mercantile + Co tissue paper. We do offer a Signature Gift packaging option through our Custom Gift Crates. Click here for details.
WHAT WOULD BE DIFFERENT ABOUT A DROP-SHIP PRODUCT?
Many of our favorite items are perishable or made to order, and therefore ship directly from the maker or manufacturer. In these situations, you may see that special flat rate shipping fees are associated as they also handle the shipping fees. You will still receive tracking information from us, but the box will arrive direct from the source!
